POLICY ON RETURNS

The quality of our eyeglasses and sunglasses is guaranteed at AAJJ. Simply contact us for an exchange or refund if you are unhappy with your purchase.

We provide a 30-Day Fit Guarantee, which allows consumers to exchange or return an item for a similar item without any questions asked.

If the consumer enters the prescription improperly, there will be no refund. Customers who enter prescriptions online are strongly advised to text a copy of the order to us after it is submitted. We will gladly double-check all of the information before going into production.

PROCEDURE FOR REPLACEMENT

• Contact Customer Service at service@aajj.net to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
• Return your glasses to us and provide the Delivery Confirmation Number to our Customer Service.
• You will either receive a replacement item or a refund once we receive your returned item.

How long will it take for my glasses to arrive once I place my order?

Within 7 to 14 business days, your order will be delivered. Your glasses will normally arrive sooner, but depending on the intricacy of your prescription and the package you chose, it could take up to 14 business days.

What methods of shipping, do you offer?

We offer USPS and UPS to customers in the United States. UPS is available to Canadian clients.

We offer UPS for all other countries at a cost of $29 per order.
